We love happy customers and strive to make you 100% satisfied with your purchase. we realize shopping online can be tricky and do our best to provide the most accurate information, please take the time to choose the product that will fit you best.
30-Day Hassle Free Returns:
You are able to return any product in NEW, resalable condition within the original packaging up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered. you will need to cover shipping charges and will be refunded via the order payment method.
My Product Doesn't Fit Well:
To speed up the process, if the product you're ordered doesn't fit well we can offer the correct size for 50% off and you keep the one you got. This way you won't need to bother with shipping back and waiting for the exchange process. Please email us at care@kewlioo.com with your order details and well process your request.
If you prefer to ship it back anyway will provide the correct warehouse address so you can ship it back, we will not cover the return shipping fee.
Wrong Size / Wrong Item Sent:
If you received a wrong size or the wrong item, please contact us via email at care@kewlioo.com with your name & order number, attach a photo of the wrong size / item and we'll ship the correct one as soon as possible.
Refunds:
If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs.
Please keep in mind refunds can take 3-5 business days to show in your bank statements.
Try Now Program – Terms & Return Policy Extension

This document outlines the terms and conditions of our Try Now program and serves as an extension to our standard Return Policy. By using Try Now at checkout, you agree to the following:
1. How Try Now Works

You may add up to 5 eligible items to your cart using the Try Now option.

Once delivered, you have 10 calendar days to try the items at home before deciding what to keep.

If you wish to keep items, you don’t need to do anything — your card will be automatically charged for the items you keep after the trial window.

If you don’t wish to keep certain items, you must ship them out within the 10-day trial period.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Support Team within the 10-day window to receive the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for handling and covering the cost of return shipping. This includes:

Packaging the items securely.

Purchasing and providing a valid return shipping label.

Ensuring the package is shipped to the exact return address provided by our team.
Returns shipped to any other address will result in full charges for the items.

3. Shipping & Fees

If no items are kept, a $5.95 non-refundable shipping fee will be charged to cover the cost of outbound fulfillment.

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, with tags attached.

If returned items are found damaged or missing, you will be charged the full price of those items.
4. Timelines & Charges

All returns must be shipped out within the 10-day trial period and delivered back to us within 30 days of delivery.

If we do not receive your return within 30 days, your card will be automatically charged for all items in the order.

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the contents and condition of the items. Charges will be applied based on the items kept, missing, or returned damaged.
